This is arcade room only, there is no green room, crafty area, etc. For longer bookings or bookings of more than 5 people total, book through other listing, more sets included, green room, and you can shoot the arcade store front if booking entire space through multi set listing

Full Retro arcade room Set with built in RGB lights, app controlled [MANY EFFECTS TO PLAY WITH]. All Games light up and most rotate on own/make mechanical noises. The newer games are fully functional. If there's a specific arcade game that we have that you plan on using, please feel free to message us if it lights up or actually playable. about 750 sf. Motorcycle screen does not turn on Lighting around prize wall and inside arcade counter is app controlled as well. There is also an RGB Vertical wall with 5 rows of vertical lights. And mulptiple RGB app controlled lights along back wall behind basketball game and around the basketball game itself Black walls and ceiling.. able to shoot 360. Only lighting included is the ones built in one such as the ones behind the basket ball game, the ones that line the game, the rgb vertical wall, There’s a studio next door and it may be booked during the same time.

Audio Considerations

• There is a studio next door, which may cause audio interference.

• If you require exclusive sound control, you may block off the adjacent studio to prevent bookings, but additional fees will apply.

• Functioning warehouse operates Mon-Fri until 4:00-4:30 PM and Sat until 1:30-2:00 PM. If your shoot requires clean audio, plan accordingly. There have been other productions that have done fine during business hours of the neighboring business.

• Booking rate is for 1-5 people guest count total. Please book accordingly

• This listing is one set of multiple that we have in the same space, open areas may be shared with other bookings. If you have more people than max or are doing audio and need the entire space, you will book through this listing: https://www.sitestudiola.com/casino-set-main-page

• Arrival: Do not arrive earlier than your scheduled time expecting to set up. Entry is allowed no more than five minutes before your booking starts.

• No flames, fake blood, liquids or dirt effects. If you try to, you will be charged and booking will be shut down.

• Outdoor Shooting:Not allowed. No filming or loitering outside the building.

• No food or drinks in this area—no exceptions.

• Nudity & Content Restrictions: Semi-nudity allowed for photography, but no pornography of any kind or bodily fluids.

• For safety and equipment protection, our studio only allows the use of LED lighting. Traditional incandescent, halogen, or other high-heat bulbs are not permitted. This ensures a comfortable working environment, prevents overheating/damages, and keeps our sets in top condition.

• Prop Rules:

  • No drilling screws into walls or nails.

• Smoking: No smoking. Vaping is allowed.

• No Open Flames.

• Furniture & Props:

  • Some furniture may be moved—ask first and return it to its original place.

  • Props must be put back before your booking ends.

• Weapons: No live guns/weapons. Prop weapons only.

• Liability: We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged equipment.

• Please be sure you and your team use the space responsible, we are not liable for any injuries.

• Damages & Cleanup:

  • The space must be left as you found it. Any damage to the studio, furniture, props, or equipment may result in additional charges.

• Pets:Not allowed.

• Booking Time:Hourly rates apply. Your setup and cleanup must be within your booking time. Avoid extra fees by wrapping up on time.

  • If you park in our private parking, you would have to be out of the space by the end of booking time as well

• Safety & Conduct:

  • If any guest creates an unsafe environment or causes excessive damage, we reserve the right to shut down your booking.

  • Space is for all ages, any children under 6 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. If you have children on set, please be sure they to monitor them. This is a set for production use, and not a place for play.

Cleaning Fee:

• The cleaning fee is included in the rate. Cleaning fee is to ensure bathroom is stocked and trash is taken out as needed. Cleaning fee is not to clean up after you or your guests. Please be sure to leave the studio in the condition it came in.

Cancellation Policy

• Guests can cancel up to 7days before their booking start time to receive a 50% refund.

• Cancellations made less than 7 days before the start time are non-refundable.

Rescheduling Policy

• Guests can request a reschedule at least 5 days before their booking if the booking is 4 hours or less.

• For bookings longer than 4 hours, rescheduling requests must be made at least one week in advance.

• If a reschedule is requested outside the grace period, additional fees may apply.

Note: Rescheduling requests are not guaranteed and are subject to availability to ensure fairness for all guests and bookings.

• Studio Rentals: Available 7 days a week for bookings at any time.
