1. Red and Gold Strip Club Set. This set has two black stages about 6 ft wide with gold freestanding poles (poles do not spin or move, they are drilled to the ceiling). Please use poles responsibly. The stages are surrounded by 3 red love seat couches, side tables , plants, and bar cart. There are 3 wall lamps that have rgb smart bulbs include to create different looks. DJ Lights behind stages (2 spotlights and 1 row of lights in between) Choose between multiple colors and effects for the lights.

2. Casino/Poker room. This set has 3 working slot machines in the middle. We do not have the key or money to put in. They are mainly for display. All other slot machines light up and make noise, they turn on, but do not accept money. They do not accept money and money can not go in or out of the machine. The machines turn on and light up but are intended for prop only. There is a 6ft. Craps table in between the row of machines and set of 4 machines. The poker table sits 4-5 people and has space for dealer. Both craps table and poker table DO NOT come with chips, cards, or dice. You may bring your own or add on from our add ons section. This set is only for productions purposes only. No real gambling, if there are any signs of real gambling the booking will be shut down.

3. Green and Gold Bar. The 8 ft bar includes 4 black swivel bar chairs. The bar wall has plenty of bottles for prop (the bottles are NOT filled with alcohol, but do have liquid and are sealed shut. Do Not try to open the bottle). There are rgb lights in the bottle wall and around the front of the bar

Shared bathroom. 2 Bathrooms with 2 stalls in each.

Small green room to change or set up hmu, etc.

There is A/C for this location also. Please ask site rep if you like to have it on.

Parking: We offer 1 designated parking space in shared lot.

Free all-day street parking is available

• There is little to no natural light that comes in. If you require complete control over lighting, please bring additional equipment or modifiers.

• Professional lighting equipment is available for rent through our Add-Ons section when booking. Be sure to check the available options to suit your needs.

• Please handle all lighting and equipment with care.

Audio Considerations

• There is a studio next door, which may cause audio interference.

  • If you require exclusive sound control, you may block off the adjacent studio to prevent bookings, but additional fees will apply.

• Functioning Fabric warehouse operates Mon-Fri until 4:00-4:30 PM and Sat until 1:30-2:00 PM. If your shoot requires clean audio, plan accordingly. There have been other productions that have done fine during business hours of the neighboring business.

Equipment loading description

We have one door and a roll up gate into the space.

• Booking rates start for 1-5 people guest count total. Please book accordingly and be sure to add guest count from add ons section.

  • Arrival: Do not arrive earlier than your scheduled time expecting to set up. Entry is allowed no more than five minutes before your booking starts.

• No fake blood, liquids, or paint.

• For safety and equipment protection, our studio only allows the use of LED lighting. Traditional incandescent, halogen, or other high-heat bulbs are not permitted. This ensures a comfortable working environment, prevents overheating/damages, and keeps our sets in top condition.

• Outdoor Shooting:Not allowed. No filming or loitering outside the building.

• Capacity Limits:15 people per booking. No rotating guests to bypass the limit.

• Casino/Poker Set Rules:

  • No food or drinks in this area—no exceptions.

  • Do not stand or sit on the poker or craps tables.

  • Poles: Use responsibly. We are not liable for any injuries.

  • Nudity & Content Restrictions: Semi-nudity allowed, but no pornography or bodily fluids.

• Prop Rules:

  • Do not attempt to open bottle props—they are sealed. Any opened/damaged bottles will result in fees.

• Slot machines are for display only—do not insert money (we cannot retrieve it).

• Smoking: No smoking. Vaping is allowed.

• No Open Flames.

• Furniture & Props:

  • Some furniture may be moved—ask first and return it to its original place.

  • Props must be put back before your booking ends.

• Attendance & Fees:

  • Do not exceed your booked guest count—you will be automatically charged for additional attendees.

• Weapons: No live guns/weapons. Prop weapons only.

• Liability: We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged equipment.

• Damages & Cleanup:

  • The space must be left as you found it. Any damage to the studio, furniture, props, or equipment may result in additional charges.

• Pets:Not allowed.

• Booking Time:Hourly rates apply. Your setup and cleanup must be within your booking time. Avoid extra fees by wrapping up on time.

• Safety & Conduct:

  • If any guest creates an unsafe environment or causes excessive damage, we reserve the right to shut down your booking.

• Cleaning Fee:

  • The cleaning fee is included in the rate. Cleaning fee is to ensure bathroom is stocked and trash is taken out as needed. Cleaning fee is not to clean up after you or your guests. Please be sure to leave the studio in the condition it came in.

Security Cameras & Recording Devices

• Security cameras are in place for the safety of our studio, staff, and guests.

• No recording devices are permitted in bathrooms or dressing rooms.

Cancellation Policy

• Guests can cancel up to 7 days before their booking start time to receive a 50% refund.

• Cancellations made less than 7 days before the start time are non-refundable.

Rescheduling Policy

• Guests can request a reschedule at least 5 days before their booking if the booking is 4 hours or less.

• For bookings longer than 4 hours, rescheduling requests must be made at least one week in advance.

• If a reschedule is requested outside the grace period, additional fees may apply.

Note: Rescheduling requests are not guaranteed and are subject to availability to ensure fairness for all guests and bookings.

• Studio Rentals: Available 24/7, 7 days a week for bookings at any time.
