Brand new Photo/Film Studio!! Perfect for Music videos/ Commercial/ Film/ Photos/ etc.

Location is Ground level. Easy Free Parking! All sets are indoor.

1. Country club/bar: Walk into a 40ft x 20ft warm toned bar with wood paneled walls on one side filled and a brick textured wall on the other. Walls dressed and filled with western decor. Multiple dimmable neon signs throughout the space. And warm toned bulbs to add a nice atmosphere to the space. As you step in, on your left is a 8ft long bar and 6 wood high chairs. Behind the bar is 4 shelves filled with empty bottles. On your right is a 7ft pool table, that has a 3 bulb lamp that has bulbs that are controllable and dimmable and can change to the color you desire. A 9'x12' wooden dance floor sits right in front of stage to have your performances. The 4 spotlights behind the stage are NOT included. There are metal plates to bring your own or you can add on the spotlights from our add ons section. There are 4 small round tables with 2 chairs for each to move around as you please. Exterior (photos to be updated). Bar exterior front to add to your scenes. A slanted roof add to the exterior to give a realistic feel to this set.

2. Vinyl Record Store: Walk into a vintage record store set with a cash register in the middle and 4 fixtures filled with Vinyl records. The walls are filled with posters, vinyl records and neon signs. A couch to the side with a rug and small table. In the corner is a function arcade machine and a vinyl record player/ bluetooth speaker.

3. 90s Bedroom: Through the beaded curtain (from the vinyl store) you are lead into a 90s Bedroom set. With Nostalgia vibes of an old TV, gaming system, and many more props! Posters fill the walls. You have an Amaran 300C light set right outside the window by the bed to use. Fully controllable to achieve the mood for your shoot. (The light is not moveable and only used for outside the window).

4. Vintage Office: A spacious 700 sqft office space with light yellow painted walls and wooden panels. A tall fake window to shine your own light through. In the office are 5 Tanker desks painted a light blue to go perfect with the yellow walls. 3 desks have vintage computers, 1 has a typewriter, and 1 has a fax machine. 4 corded phones. And lots of props to use within the space! There is a small waiting area across from one of the desks with 3 chairs, a side table, and a non functional water tank.

5. Motel Room: Right next to the vintage office. Spacious 700sf Motel interior Room. One door to get into motel with a small exterior to add to your scenes. Once you walk through the door there is a sofa bed with a coffee table. Next to the Sofa is a side table with a lamp and working digital clock. Behind the couch is a fake window which you can shine light through (other side is vintage office set). Once you face the two full size beds there is a window to the right that you can shine light through as well (other side is motel office). Theres a room divider between the front door and beds. Infront of the room divider, facing the beds, is a TV and Vintage Radio. Between the beds is one night stand with a lamp and working digital clock. Between the bed area and couch area is a small 30x30 table with two chairs. Above is a non functional vintage glass chandelier. You can place your own battery operated bulb but there is no power to this light. Other props: dresser, luggage rack, suitcase, standing lamp, small green fan.

6. Vintage Motel Office: Next to the motel room is a vintage motel office. Theres a 5ft check in desk with props like an old tv, bell, etc. There are 2 corner cabinet bookcase behind the checkout counter. Between these two are a mail holder and key holder. Across from the check in counter are 2 waiting chairs and a magazine shelf of old magazines ( magazines are fragile, please use wisely). You can shine a light through either side of the windows (one side is the motel room, the other side is the back of the stage of the western bar set).

7. Exterior Motel Set Directly across from each other are the western bar front and our motel room front. The western bar front leads directly to the bar set. The motel front is just to add to your scenes and doesn't lead directly to the motel room. Two doors lead to the bathroom. The motel front has fake windows to add to your scene and bulbs that are fully controllable.

2 bathrooms with 2 stalls in each.

There is no specific green room. We do have an area with a 1 folding table and chairs. We have an additional 2 round tables and about 10 chairs for larger productions.

Wednesdays - Theres is a street market next door. Set up starts at 3pm, they are there till about 10pm. Limited street parking during these hours, please plan accordingly. There are generators and music, please plan production accordingly.

A/C: We have 3 Split A/C units. One is on the Western Bar, One is in the Vinyl Record Store, and One is in the Motel Set.

• 1-4 parking spots available inside small shared parking lot (Space depends on vehicle size.)

• Free street parking available all day. And Free 2 hour parking on the main street

• Professional lighting equipment is available for rent through our Add-Ons section when booking. Be sure to check the available options to suit your needs.

• Please handle all lighting and equipment with care. If using C-stands, ensure they are properly secured.

Audio Considerations

• Plenty of productions have filmed and recorded audio.

• Please keep in mind, studio is not sound proof.

Equipment loading description

One door into the studio and a load in gate.

• Booking rates start for 1-5 people guest count total. Please book accordingly and be sure to add guest count from add ons section.

• Arrival: Do not arrive earlier than your scheduled time expecting to set up. Entry is allowed no more than five minutes before your booking starts.

• No open flames, fake blood, liquids, or dirt effects. If you try to, you will be charged and booking will be shut down.

• Outdoor Shooting: Not allowed. No filming or loitering outside the building. No shooting outside of the building. We have a small gated lot used for parking but you can use it for shooting. Only can be used for filming during the day from 8am-6/7pm (no exceptions, out of respect for residential neighbors). If you choose to park in the gated lot, we are not responsible for any damage or theft.

• No food or drinks No drinks or food in any of the sets. Food/Crafty has to be set up on table we provide or bring your own additional tables to set up outside of sets to keep the sets clean with no stains!—no exceptions.

• Nudity & Content Restrictions: Semi-nudity allowed for photography, but no pornography of any kind or bodily fluids.

• Prop Rules:

  • No drilling screws into walls or nails.

  • SOME hanging decorations on wall may be removed, but please let site rep know before moving. If the prop is drilled into wall, it can't be removed.

• Smoking: No smoking. Vaping is allowed.

• No Open Flames.

• Furniture & Props:

  • Some furniture may be moved—ask first and return it to its original place.

  • Props must be put back before your booking ends.

• Attendance & Fees:

  • Do not exceed your booked guest count—you will be automatically charged for additional attendees up to max guest count. Any more than max guest count may not be let in.

• Weapons: No live guns/weapons. Prop weapons only.

• Liability: We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged equipment.

  • Please be sure you and your team use the space responsible, we are not liable for any injuries.

• Damages & Cleanup:

  • The space must be left as you found it. Any damage to the studio, furniture, props, or equipment may result in additional charges.

• Pets:Not allowed. Unless needed for a shot and agreed upon prior to shoot day.

• Booking Time:Hourly rates apply. Your setup and cleanup must be within your booking time. Avoid extra fees by wrapping up on time.

  • If you park in our private parking, you would have to be out of the space by the end of booking time as well

• Safety & Conduct:

  • If any guest creates an unsafe environment or causes excessive damage, we reserve the right to shut down your booking.

  • Space is for all ages, any children under 6 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. If you have children on set, please be sure they to monitor them. This is a set for production use, and not a place for play.

• Promotional Rights:

  • We reserve the right to capture and share behind-the-scenes photos/videos for promotional purposes.

Cleaning Fee:

• The cleaning fee is included in the rate. Cleaning fee is to ensure bathroom is stocked and trash is taken out as needed. Cleaning fee is not to clean up after you or your guests. Please be sure to leave the studio in the condition it came in.

Western:

• No drinks/food on pool table

• No standing or sitting on pool table, no exceptions.

• Please do not try to open any bottle props as they are all sealed shut. Any that are opened or damaged will result in being charged a fee. Do not drink or use prop liquids.

• Decorations that are hanging on wall may be removed, but please let site rep know before moving. If the prop is drilled into wall, it can't be removed.

• Any props moved must be put back to its original place prior to end of booking

Vintage Office/Motel/Reception:

• No drinks or food on set props (such as tables, etc)

• SOME decorations on wall may be removed, but please let site rep know before moving. If the prop is drilled into wall, it can't be removed.

90s Bedroom/ Vinyl Record Store:

• SOME decorations on wall may be removed, but please let site rep know before moving. If the prop is drilled into wall, it can't be removed.

• The posters in frames in record store can be moved.

• Posters in bedroom are taped to the wall and cant be removed. You can place your own posters over but they would have to be bigger and taped to the wall, can't be taped directly onto our posters.

Cancellation Policy

• Guests can cancel up to 72 hours before their booking start time to receive a 50% refund.

• Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the start time are non-refundable.

Rescheduling Policy

• Guests can request a reschedule at least 5 days before their booking if the booking is 4 hours or less.

• For bookings longer than 4 hours, rescheduling requests must be made at least one week in advance.

• If a reschedule is requested outside the grace period, additional fees may apply.

Note: Rescheduling requests are not guaranteed and are subject to availability to ensure fairness for all guests and bookings.
