Vintage Office: A spacious 700 sqft office space with light yellow painted walls and wooden panels. A tall fake window to shine your own light through. In the office are 5 Tanker desks painted a light blue to go perfect with the yellow walls. 3 desks have vintage computers, 1 has a typewriter, and 1 has a fax machine. 4 corded phones. And lots of props to use within the space! There is a small waiting area across from one of the desks with 3 chairs, a side table, and a non functional water tank.

Motel Room: Right next to the vintage office. Spacious 700sf Motel interior Room. One door to get into motel with a small exterior to add to your scenes. Once you walk through the door there is a sofa bed with a coffee table. Next to the Sofa is a side table with a lamp and working digital clock. Behind the couch is a fake window which you can shine light through (other side is vintage office set). Once you face the two full size beds there is a window to the right that you can shine light through as well (other side is motel office). Theres a room divider between the front door and beds. Infront of the room divider, facing the beds, is a TV and Vintage Radio. Between the beds is one night stand with a lamp and working digital clock. Between the bed area and couch area is a small 30x30 table with two chairs. Above is a non functional vintage glass chandelier. You can place your own battery operated bulb but there is no power to this light. Other props: dresser, luggage rack, suitcase, standing lamp, small green fan.

Vintage Motel Check-In Office: Next to the motel room is a vintage motel office. Theres a 5ft check in desk with props like an old tv, bell, etc. There are 2 corner cabinet bookcase behind the checkout counter. Between these two are a mail holder and key holder. Across from the check in counter are 2 waiting chairs and a magazine shelf of old magazines ( magazines are fragile, please use wisely). You can shine a light through either side of the windows (one side is the motel room, the other side is the back of the stage of the western bar set).

Shared bathroom with studio sets next door. 2 bathrooms with 2 stalls in each.

*Wednesdays - Theres is a street market next door. Set up starts at 2pm, they're there till about 10pm. Limited street parking during these hours and uncontrolled audio, please plan accordingly.

• 1-2 parking spots available inside small shared parking lot (Space depends on vehicle size.)

• Free street parking available all day. And Free 2 hour parking on the main street

• Professional lighting equipment is available for rent through our Add-Ons section when booking. Be sure to check the available options to suit your needs.

• Please handle all lighting and equipment with care.

Audio Considerations

• There is a studio next door, which may cause audio interference.

• If you require exclusive sound control, you may block off the adjacent studio to prevent bookings, but additional fees will apply. you would have to book through multi set listing.

• Studio is not sound proof.

• Arrival: Do not arrive earlier than your scheduled time expecting to set up. Entry is allowed no more than five minutes before your booking starts.

• No flames, fake blood, liquids or dirt effects. If you try to, you will be charged and booking will be shut down.

• Outdoor Shooting:Not allowed. No filming or loitering outside the building.

• No food or drinks in this area—no exceptions.

• Nudity & Content Restrictions: Semi-nudity allowed for photography, but no pornography of any kind or bodily fluids.

• Prop Rules:

  • No drilling screws into walls or nails.

  • SOME decorations on wall may be removed, but please let site rep know before moving. If the prop is drilled into wall, it can't be removed.

• Smoking: No smoking. Vaping is allowed.

• No Open Flames.

• Furniture & Props:

  • Some furniture may be moved—ask first and return it to its original place.

  • Props must be put back before your booking ends.

• Attendance & Fees:

  • Do not exceed your booked guest count—you will be automatically charged for additional attendees up to max guest count. Any more than max guest count may not be let in.

• Weapons: No live guns/weapons. Prop weapons only.

• Liability: We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged equipment.

• Please be sure you and your team use the space responsible, we are not liable for any injuries.

• Damages & Cleanup:

  • The space must be left as you found it. Any damage to the studio, furniture, props, or equipment may result in additional charges.

• Pets:Not allowed.

• Booking Time:Hourly rates apply. Your setup and cleanup must be within your booking time. Avoid extra fees by wrapping up on time.

  • If you park in our private parking, you would have to be out of the space by the end of booking time as well

• Safety & Conduct:

  • If any guest creates an unsafe environment or causes excessive damage, we reserve the right to shut down your booking.

  • Space is for all ages, any children under 6 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. If you have children on set, please be sure they to monitor them. This is a set for production use, and not a place for play.

• Promotional Rights:

  • We reserve the right to capture and share behind-the-scenes photos/videos for promotional purposes.

Cleaning Fee:

• The cleaning fee is included in the rate. Cleaning fee is to ensure bathroom is stocked and trash is taken out as needed. Cleaning fee is not to clean up after you or your guests. Please be sure to leave the studio in the condition it came in.

Cancellation Policy

• Guests can cancel up to 72 hours before their booking start time to receive a 50% refund.

• Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the start time are non-refundable.

Rescheduling Policy

• Guests can request a reschedule at least 5 days before their booking if the booking is 4 hours or less.

• For bookings longer than 4 hours, rescheduling requests must be made at least one week in advance.

• If a reschedule is requested outside the grace period, additional fees may apply.

Note: Rescheduling requests are not guaranteed and are subject to availability to ensure fairness for all guests and bookings.
