Studio Set Features

Interior of our country club/bar.

Walk into a 40ft x 20ft warm toned bar with wood paneled walls on one side filled and a brick textured wall on the other. Walls dressed and filled with western decor. Multiple dimmable neon signs throughout the space. And warm toned bulbs to add a nice atmosphere to the space. As you step in, on your left is a 8ft long bar and 6 wood high chairs. Behind the bar is 4 shelves filled with empty bottles. On your right is a 7ft pool table, that has a 3 bulb lamp that has bulbs that are controllable and dimmable and can change to the color you desire.

A 9'x12' wooden dance floor sits right in front of stage to have your performances. *The 4 spotlights behind the stage are NOT included. There are metal plates to bring your own or you can add on the spotlights from our add ons section.

There are 4 small round tables with 2 chairs for each to move around as you please.

*Wednesdays - Theres is a street market next door. Set up starts at 3pm, theyre there till about 10pm. Limited street parking during these hors, please plan accordingly.

• Lighting Rentals Available: We offer LED bi-color and RGB lights as add-ons. Ask about RGB panels and additional lighting equipment.

• Green Room Available: Small space for hair/makeup, wardrobe, and prep. Will be available after June 15th

• Shared Restrooms with our other studios in this building.

• Noise Considerations:

  • If your shoot requires clean audio, please reach out as this space is in a warehouse with our other studio sets.

• This set includes a fake window that you can control by putting a light outside of it to enhance your shoot.

• Please handle all lighting and equipment with care. If using C-stands, ensure they are properly secured

Audio Considerations

• There is a few studios next door, which may cause audio interference.

• If you require exclusive sound control, you may block off the adjacent studio to prevent bookings, but additional fees will apply.

One door into the studio and a roll up gate to bring in a car or for easier load-in.

• Booking rates start for 1-5 people guest count total. Please book accordingly and be sure to add guest count from add ons section.

• MAX GUEST COUNT OF 15 PEOPLE FOR THIS LISTING.

• This set is for production use only

• This listing is one set of multiple that we have in the same space, open areas may be shared with other bookings. If you have more people than max or are doing audio and need the entire space, you will book through this listing:

• Arrival: Do not arrive earlier than your scheduled time expecting to set up. Entry is allowed no more than five minutes before your booking starts.

• No flames, fake blood, liquids, paint, or dirt effects. If you try to, you will be charged and booking will be shut down.

• Outdoor Shooting:Not allowed. No filming or loitering outside the building.

• Capacity Limits: After 10 PM, max 15 people per booking. No rotating guests to bypass the limit.

• Space is for all ages, any children under 6 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. If you have children on set, please be sure they to monitor them. This is a set for production use, and not a place for play.

• Country Bar/Club Set Rules:

  • No food or drinks in this area—no exceptions.

  • Do not stand or sit on the pool table.

  • Please do not try to open any bottle props as they are all sealed shut. Any that are opened or damaged will result in being charged a fee. Do not drink or use prop liquids.

• Nudity & Content Restrictions: Semi-nudity allowed, but no pornography or bodily fluids.

• Smoking: No smoking. Vaping is allowed.

• No Open Flames.

• Furniture & Props:

  • Some furniture may be moved—ask first and return it to its original place.

  • Props must be put back before your booking ends.

  • Decorations on wall may be removed, but please let site rep know before moving. If the prop is drilled into wall, it can't be removed.

  • No drilling screws into walls or nails.

• Attendance & Fees:

  • Do not exceed your booked guest count—you will be automatically charged for additional attendees.

• Weapons: No live guns/weapons. Prop weapons only.

• Liability: We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged equipment.

• Damages & Cleanup:

  • The space must be left as you found it. Any damage to the studio, furniture, props, or equipment may result in additional charges.

• Pets:Not allowed.

• Booking Time:Hourly rates apply. Your setup and cleanup must be within your booking time. Avoid extra fees by wrapping up on time.

• Safety & Conduct:

  • If any guest creates an unsafe environment or causes excessive damage, we reserve the right to shut down your booking.

• Promotional Rights:

  • We reserve the right to capture and share behind-the-scenes photos/videos for promotional purposes.

Cleaning Fee:

• The cleaning fee is included in the rate. Cleaning fee is to ensure bathroom is stocked and trash is taken out as needed. Cleaning fee is not to clean up after you or your guests. Please be sure to leave the studio in the condition it came in.

Cancellation Policy

• Guests can cancel up to 72 hours before their booking start time to receive a 50% refund.

• Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the start time are non-refundable.

Rescheduling Policy

• Guests can request a reschedule at least 5 days before their booking if the booking is 4 hours or less.

• For bookings longer than 4 hours, rescheduling requests must be made at least one week in advance.

• If a reschedule is requested outside the grace period, additional fees may apply.

Note: Rescheduling requests are not guaranteed and are subject to availability to ensure fairness for all guests and bookings.
